Return Policy

Any items – not being returned for warranty purposes – must be initiated for return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. All customers will be responsible for any applicable shipping and handling return fees and those fees will not be refundable.  The following terms apply to our return policy:

• Products must be received in the condition you received them. We will not accept merchandise that’s been worn, altered, or washed.
• Products must have the original tags
• Wetsuits must be returned in the original box that they were shipped in. Wetsuits stuffed into small boxes/packages will not be accepted.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
• Unfortunately exchanges are not currently available.
• Worn items, final sale items, items without tags, and free gift / promotional items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center your refund will be processed and a credit to the original method of payment will be applied within 30 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. These return policies and procedures are only applicable to customers who purchased their Mahulu product(s) from Mahulu.surf.
